This defiant statement from Willie D of the Geto Boys is scratched to perfection by DJ Cosm in the hook of "Still In It", a new single by Canadian emcee/producer Tarik Robinson (Teekay of Dragon Fli Empire).

It also frames the content of the song, where 3 veteran emcees of the Calgary hip hop scene (who all have roots in Nova Scotia) put everyone on notice that they are still a force to be reckoned with. The emcees put on a clinic in poetic wordplay and have a lyrical sparring session with their competition in the process.

The backdrop is a jazzy boom bap banger produced by Robinson that will take you back to the Golden Era classics that inspired all of the artists featured on "Still In It".

"Still In It" is the second single from Tarik Robinson's upcoming album "Rotations" which releases November 12th, 2021 on Makebelieve Records.
